Our member, Mark Stadnyk, is in the process of sueing the US government regarding the constitutionality of the America Invents Act and its "First to File" clause. The Constitution states, "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries." Maybe you know someone who understands the mishmash of bills etc. in congress. There is a bill that I think hasn't passed but maybe it has. This amendment was defeated soundly.
