Our member, Mark Stadnyk, is in the process of sueing the US government regarding the constitutionality of the America Invents Act and its "First to File" clause.

The Constitution states, "To promote the Progress of Science and useful Arts, by securing for limited Times to Authors and Inventors the exclusive Right to their respective Writings and Discoveries."  Notice it states the "Inventors" not the first one to file some paperwork.
