Edison Nation - Be sure to read the contract

I believe that your email regarding the Edison Nation project is missing an important piece of information. They are not just seeking a "licensing agreement" with inventors. If you read the fine print you will discover that by submitting a product idea you are completely giving up the rights to your invention (Exhibit A, section 1A). That is far beyond a licensing agreement. I don't have a problem with granting an exclusive license to Edison Nation, but I certainly have a problem with handing...
