The Wolrd of Inventors convention at Tampa Convention Center has been postponed indefinately. Apparently there has not been sufficient activity on their website to warrant scheduling the event. There are rumors afoot of an expo at the Tampa Convention Center April 9-10 2011. Invnetor booths are $285. The expected attendence is about 6000. It appears to be a real event but is in planning stages now. Today I talked to the organizer who assured me this will be a good show which combines Inventors, Investors, and franchises. We have been notified the Tampa Bay Inventors Council will be hosting an inventors fair at the same time as our next meeting. Last year the booth space was free. It is well worth it to show your inventions here as long as they are ready to be seen publically. It is a great way to polish your presentation and get some market studying done.
